Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: July 11, 2026
Ourea Global Corporation (“Ourea,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates Ourea and is responsible for the processing described in this Policy. This Policy explains what information we process, why it is used, where it may be sent, and the choices available to you.
Information we process
Depending on how you use Ourea, we process account details, task prompts, conversations, uploaded files, generated output, task history, settings, device and connection data, and service logs. We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for a task you choose to run.
How information is used
We use information to provide accounts, run AI tasks, store task history, secure and troubleshoot the service, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve reliability. Optional analytics is used only when configured and permitted.
AI providers and service vendors
Task content may be transmitted to configured model providers and infrastructure vendors to complete your request. Ourea currently supports relay-based model access and may use database, hosting, logging, email, and analytics providers. Each vendor processes data under its own terms and our applicable agreements.
Storage and retention
Account data, task records, and files may remain until you delete them, close your account, or retention is no longer necessary. Security and diagnostic logs may be retained for a limited period. Backup deletion may take additional time.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection. You can delete task history through product controls where available and manage language and cookie preferences. Identity verification may be required.
Security and international processing
We use administrative and technical measures designed to protect data, but no system is completely secure. Providers may process information in countries different from yours; where required, appropriate transfer safeguards should be added before commercial launch.
